Rental Policy

TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND MISUNDERSTANDINGS, WE HAVE LISTED OUR POLICES BELOW ON PARTY GOODS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

Orders reserved at least 72 hours in advance are prepared and ready to use. You should inspect your order for discrepancies before leaving the store.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance of the rental date will be charged 1/4 the rental to cover cost of preparation and handling.
Any damages acquired during the time of rental will result in replacement cost of the rental.

Linen Rental Policy

Customers ordering linens assume all risk of loss or damage of the linen from any cause what so ever. In the event linens are not returned, or are returned in a torn, mildewed, or otherwise damaged condition, customer will be charged full replacement cost in addition to the rental charge which will be due upon return.

Candle wax is often difficult to remove and does stain. Please take proper precautions and place on a holder or plate.

Replacement cost of linens, $45.00-$75.00. Cost for skirts, $125.00-$175.00.
NO REFUNDS ON UNUSED LINENS.
